Multimedia Artist
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
1 - 2 years of working experience in a related field
High proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
Advance in layouts
Proficiency in 2D motion graphics/animation and in 2D character design
Proficiency in 2D graphic illustrations, storyboards, and other multimedia related design
Has a creative flair in design and a good sense of art
Has a strong design sense of color, layout, and typography
Has strong creative skills and ability to design ideas for a wide range of industries
Has the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Can work well under tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Effects Artist or 3D/VFX
Intermediate in Autodesk Maya, Houdini, Nuke
Has creative conceptualization ability as well as technical execution capability
Can translate complex data or information into easy-to-digest designs, layouts, and infographics

The Production team at a Staberry is a group of builders, creators, producers and social media enthusiasts working together. The team operates at the intersection of content, products, audience, and our creative and brand partners. Our goal is to shape the ways content is created, whether by audience or by the best known brands and to accelerate change across the industry.
Creative production is a strategic priority for Starberry. In this role, you'll report directly to the Head Of Production.
As Multimedia Artist, you'll help to deliver the brand, its tone of voice and expression across programs, platforms and communications using different tools and software. You'll be responsible for executing content and creative materials for Starberry. With a focus on the Vietnam and SEA regional reach, you'll work on creating original materials which can be appreciated and shared across a large group of audience. Beyond the core deliverables lies opportunities to develop creative programs, competitions and activations which engage and reinvent the industry. You'll work to develop these opportunities and deliver content with global standard.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Work alongside video directors, editors, producers, creatives and clients to ensure that final products are completed to a high standard
Work alongside creative teams and producers to adapt and localize international commercials/content
Deliver projects to a high standard within specified time frames
Participate in creative problem solving throughout the production process (including pre-pro)
Advise on graphics and support post-production team
